SLYC 2009 Concept Design

I’ve been designing websites for SLYC (Sri Lankan Youth Club) for the past two years. This year SLYC ran into some financial problems so they decided not to have a website and instead use a Facebook page.

Below is the concept design I came up with before I knew anything about the SLYC problems. All the illustrations on this concept are taken from the Sri Lanka currency note. And you want be able to see the past SLYC websites anymore since the club doesn’t have any money to pay for the host.
